Severe pain that gets worse at night. The tooth reacts to thermal stimuli, to sour and sweet food, hurts when tapped.
The cause of such pain is most often inflammation of the tooth nerve - pulpitis. The treatment consists in removing the nerve and cleaning the canals of the tooth (endodontics). The last option is to extract the tooth.

Rotten or broken tooth
A decayed tooth is a source of chronic infection and no longer performs a chewing function. In most cases, extraction is recommended.

If you already have a regular dentist, we will provide basic emergency treatment and issue a medical report for your dentist. You can also undergo comprehensive treatment at our clinic as needed. Below are the approximate prices for basic emergency treatments.

Do you have a toothache or a cracked dental crown? Your dentist does not treat acute cases or has shorter office hours? Do you want to get rid of the pain and avoid unnecessary waiting? We are available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. We treat at no extra charge for emergency treatment during office hours Mon-Fri 8.00 - 21.00. On weekends and holidays we charge an emergency surcharge of CZK 1,000. The emergency telephone line is open until 8 pm. We guarantee the shortest waiting time in Prague. We can treat acute cases even within an hour from the moment of calling depending on the number of acute patients. Registered patients have priority. We also accept unregistered patients and foreigners without the need for registration.
We have state-of-the-art equipment and use the most gentle methods to maximize tooth saving. We have our own surgical department so we can handle even the more complicated cases.
